Registration

• Bronze Sponsor – $3,000.00
  Includes:
  - 2 6 foot skirted exhibit tables
  - Breakfast and lunch pass for two days for two representatives
  - Copy of Conference Syllabus
  - Selection of a morning or afternoon break to be named as sponsor
  - Acknowledgement as a bronze sponsor in conference materials and from conference podium
  - Food cost for the break is not included and will be coordinated with OSPA and the venue, paid directly to the venue
• Exhibit space Only – $1,800.00
  -All exhibits are one (1) 6-foot skirted traditional tabletop exhibits.
  -One complimentary exhibit hall pass (breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday)
  -Recognition as an exhibitor on OSPA website & mobile app.
  -First come first serve placement
• Exhibit Space Only (Non-Profit) – $1,500.00
  -All exhibits are one (1) 6-foot skirted traditional tabletop exhibits.
  -One complimentary exhibit hall pass (breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday)
  -Recognition as an exhibitor on OSPA website & mobile app.
  -First come first serve placement
  
  **Non Profit organization must have 501(c)(3) status
• Gold Sponsor – $6,000.00
  Includes:
  - 2 6 foot skirted exhibit tables
  - Breakfast and lunch pass for two days for three representatives
  - Copy of Conference Syllabus
  - Selection of a dinner or reception to be named as sponsor
  - Acknowledgement as a gold sponsor in conference materials and from conference podium
  - Preferred exhibit location
  - Prominent sponsor recognition
  - Food cost for the meal is not included and will be coordinated with OSPA and the venue, paid directly to the venue
  - By sponsoring a dinner or reception, you will also have the ability to give a product/service presentation. Note: meal must be provided for all attendees, but participation/attendance at the product/service presentation is optional
• Silver Sponsor – $4,000.00
  Includes:
  - 2 6 foot skirted exhibit tables
  - Breakfast and lunch pass for two days for two representatives
  - Copy of Conference Syllabus
  - Selection of a breakfast or lunch to be named as sponsor
  - Acknowledgement as a silver sponsor in conference materials and from conference podium
  - Preferred exhibit location
  - Prominent sponsor recognition
  - Food cost for the meal is not included and will be coordinated with OSPA and the venue, paid directly to the venue
  - By sponsoring a breakfast or lunch, you will also have the ability to give a product/service presentation. Note: breakfast/lunch must be provided for all attendees, but participation/attendance at the product/service presentation is optional
